Such is the remarkable popularity of Gerry’s ‘Weekend of Dancing’ that the package, which includes accommodation, meals at the hotel and admission to all shows, has sold out for some considerable time. There may be availability locally at the other Hotels, Guest Houses or Bed & Breakfast accommodation. If there is difficulty in sourcing accommodation locally, people could check with establishments in Ballina.
Enniscrone is a small seaside town, a perfect place to stop off for a dance when driving the wild Atlantic Way, or visiting the stunning championship links course for a game of golf, with its well-positioned championship holes routed through spectacular dunes. Walkers would also enjoy this beautiful area.
The Diamond coast borders three miles of golden sandy beaches and is about ten miles travelling distance from Ballina and less than an hour from Sligo, Westport and Knock. There are many scenic drives locally; the route to Ballina via the Coast Road follows the course of the famed River Moy as it meanders its way to the Atlantic Ocean. The ‘Gerry Guthrie & Friends Weekend of Dancing’ in The Diamond Coast Hotel, Enniscrone is the perfect place for a break or a romantic escape.
