GERRY GUTHRIE ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM “THE MONDAY CLUB” – OUT 1 OCTOBER 2026

12 brand-new recordings, featuring duets with TR Dallas and Ray Murtagh

Irish country singer and guitarist Gerry Guthrie will release his new album, The Monday Club, on Thursday, 1 October 2026, available on CD, USB and digital platforms.

The Ballina, County Mayo performer’s latest collection brings together 12 brand-new recordings, with two special collaborations among the highlights. TR Dallas joins Gerry for “Everybody Wants To Be 21”, while Ray Murtagh teams up with him on the George Strait classic “The Fireman”.

Alongside the title track, listeners can look forward to “I Couldn’t Get My Mind Off You”, “Another Saturday Night”, “Swimming Upstream” and “The Jukebox Played Along”. The collection also includes “I Can’t Even Walk (Without You Holding My Hand)” and “As We Danced To An Old Fashioned Tune”, offering a varied selection for fans to enjoy.

Known to audiences through his live appearances with Gerry Guthrie & His Band, Gerry brings his country vocals and love of song to a collection that combines familiar favourites with fresh discoveries.

The Monday Club will be available from 1 October 2026 on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and Amazon Music, with CD and USB editions available to order through gerryguthrie.ie.
